We have had a lot of customers that have wanted us to add a Quarter Strength Triumph Chew. We are happy to announce that we have a Quarter Strength option now available in our loose chew. A lot of you have told us that there is too big of gap between our Half and Zero Strength. Our new Quarter strength helps bridge that gap. It is available in all of our flavors of non tobacco loose chew. Our Multi roll in loose chew is also adjusted to make room for our new strength. The Multi-strength roll in loose chew now comes with 3 cans of Full, 3 cans of Half, 3 cans of Quarter, and 1 can of Zero Strength. We feel like this change will help our customers make the transition to a nicotine free chewing tobacco alternative.
We appreciate all of the input and support from all of our customers. Customers like you have helped us make a great chewing tobacco alternative with multiple options within the product. Let us know how our new strength has worked for you. With your help Triumph Chew keeps getting better and better. At Triumph our goal is to make a great tasting alternative to chewing tobacco. Unfortunately our Bourbon flavor is not up to our standards any longer. Our Flavoring company reformulated Bourbon and is not the same as it once was. We worked on tweaking our recipe to make it work, but we are not happy with it.
In early June we will be releasing our new Apple flavor. It is a far better flavor and we are excited to release this awesome flavor. The Apple flavor is a blend of green apple with a slight citrus twist. We have received great feedback from our testers. We are looking forward to hearing your feedback on the new Apple flavor and as always thank you for your support. At Triumph Chew we have always been dedicated to keeping non tobacco chew affordable. Since the beginning we have offered free shipping. Over the last few years we have seen multiple increases in the cost of shipping. We have always absorbed the extra cost. We have also seen these increases passed on to us from our suppliers. Unfortunately, with the newest increase in shipping costs we can no longer offer free shipping. In an effort to keep the cost of our chewing tobacco alternative as low as possible we have introduced minimal flat rate shipping costs. This will help us defray the cost and still offer our customers a great value. The new shipping prices will be as follows: Any order under $20 will be charged $1 shipping. Any order $20 will have a $2 dollar shipping charge. Any order 72$ and over will still receive free shipping. We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of Triumph Chew.
Triumph Chew Bourbon flavor has been a popular flavor. Unfortunately our supplier for that flavoring did not inform us that they were running low on the flavoring. They are reformulating the flavor and plan to have it back in early February. We will be making more as soon as we get it back in stock. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and as always thank you for supporting Triumph Chew.
At Triumph chew we are dedicated to making the best chewing tobacco alternatives. We do not feel at this time that our pouches live up to the Triumph Chew name. Instead of sending out a product that is not to our standards, we are remaking our entire stock of pouches. We thank you for your understanding and support. If you received some pouches that you were unhappy with, let us know. We would be happy to send you some of our improved pouches.
Update: Pouches will be available again on 9/19.  We are all caught up with the manufacturing of our pouches and are happy to announce that they are available in Sample packs as well as five and ten packs. Triumph Chew has worked very hard for the last year to make a great pouch available with or without nicotine. It has been a struggle for us to get to this point but we have finally done it.
Triumph Chew pouches are a moist pouch. We know many of our customers have complained about other pouches being too dry. We found a process for making them a little more moist than your typical pouch and we think you will enjoy them. We also wanted to make our non tobacco pouches full of flavor. The flavor of these pouches lasts for quite a long time. Whether you try our Full nicotine or our no nicotine pouches; the flavor and moisture are sure to satisfy. The size of our pouches are in between a normal American sized pouch and a Swedish Snus portion (pouch). We make up for this by packing our cans to the brim. So pop one or two in your lip and enjoy! Triumph Chew is proud to release another premium chewing tobacco alternative. As always thank you for our support and suggestions. It helps us continue to make our chew better and better! Thank you for your patience and understanding with us. After many months of waiting, the day has finally arrived. Triumph Chew Pouches will be available for purchase tomorrow (August 24, 2015)! It has been a longer process than we ever anticipated, but we think the wait was worth it. Wintergreen Pouches are the first pouches that are available. Every day after, we will be working on getting all the other flavors out. Now that we have the machine and our process figured out, it will be a very short time until all flavors are available. At that point we will make our Triumph Chew Pouches available in 5 and 10 packs, Sample packs, and Multi Strength Rolls.
We are very excited to expand our product line of chewing tobacco alternatives to pouches. We are very happy with the way they came out. A lot of people complain about how dry pouches are. We have made our pouches as moist as possible and still kept the integrity of the pouch. We also pack our cans full of pouches and flavor. We really put the "POW" in pouches! We hope you love them as much as we do, and as always your feedback is important and appreciated. Your favorite non tobacco chew is now your favorite non tobacco pouch! There is finally light at the end of the tunnel! Our pouch machine is finally complete. We are picking up our machine on the 10th of July. After a short set up and trial, we will be releasing our Triumph Non Tobacco Pouches as soon as possible. It has been a long and stressful process but it is finally here. We thank you for your patience. The process that was supposed to take 2-3 months has now stretched to a year. We believe that the wait will be worth it. It has been our goal since the beginning to offer our chewing tobacco alternative in pouches. We wanted to ensure that we got it right the first time and we believe we have nailed it. The pouches will be just as satisfying as our regular chew, just more discreet!
We are also happy to announce that we are working on a new flavor. We are planning to release it around the same time as our pouches. We our not going to announce what the flavor is yet, but just know that it is already a favorite among our employees. It is a very exciting time for us at Triumph Chew! We are very excited about the new direction of our company. Thanks for all of your support. Up to this point, Triumph Chew has shared a Facebook page with our local retail shop, Triumph Tobacco Alternatives. We have decided to create a page dedicated only to Triumph not tobacco chew. It is simply called Triumph Chew. We realize that not everything that is on our Tobacco Alternatives page applies to our chewers. We will post updates about our chew, the non-tobacco pouches and future distribution sites on the Triumph Chew page.
